English Teacher, North London

A successful school in the North London area are looking for a fully qualified experienced English Teacher to join them on a permanent basis in January 2013.

NP Education are working in partnership with the school and have been instructed to recruit for this five days per week full time post. This exciting position is to teach up to and including KS5, you will be expected to teach lessons in English Language and Literature.

The successful applicant will be required to plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning to ensure pupils’ individual targets are met and the English faculties achieve their approved targets at KS3, and GCSE. They will also be confident to manage pupil’s behaviour effectively, insist on and secure high standards of discipline within the school’s behaviour policy.

The position is suitable for NQTs and experienced Teachers alike. You will be expected to deliver lessons to a high standard as this department is one of the most successful in the school.
