For all candidates, we operate the same in depth interview process.
We have lifted the bar from a candidate “just” registering for work. Nobody registers with NP Education. They interview, and depending on how that interview progresses, are then offered a place on our pool. After all, you interview all of your staff, so why should we behave any differently?
All candidates:
- Take part in a full “presenting” exercise, designed to showcase their skills
- Answer a selection of carefully selected questions in interview, designed to highlight their knowledge
NP Education complete:
- A full background check
- List 99 and Pocal check
- An online CRB check
- Full 2 year referencing with any gaps queried
- All identification and relevant professional qualifications checked
If at any stage a candidate fails to meet our criteria, we do not offer them a place on our pool of staff.
